Raj: 3 new tiger cubs spotted at Sariska reserve

Three new tiger cubs have been camera trapped at the Sariska tiger reserve in Rajasthan”s Alwar district.

With this, the number of big cats including the cubs has gone up to 20 in Sariska.

“Amid corona concern, tigress ST-12 gives good news. Three new cubs have been camera trapped in Sariska tiger reserve. Now there are 20 tigers in year 2020 in Sariska. My wish to see the wildlife thrive in the state,” chief minister Ashok Gehlot tweeted.

An official said that the cubs were caught on a camera trap on Monday. There are now 16 adult big cats and 4 cubs in Sariska.
