Story:
A series of mysterious murders is shaking New Zealand — all the victims are young women. The media speculates that a psycho killer is on the loose, urging citizens to be cautious. The police are on high alert, searching the entire city.
Amidst this chaos, we meet Bob (played by Nithin Nash), who lives alone. In the same house, his mother (played by Sana) is locked away in a room. One day, three girls enter Bob’s house, accusing him of planning to kill them.
Why is Bob living alone? Why is his mother locked up? Who are these three girls? And most importantly, who is behind the brutal murders happening across the city?
Analysis:
The standout performance in the film is undoubtedly from Nithin Nash as Bob. He convincingly portrays the fear and tension of a man living alone under mysterious circumstances. Sana delivers a strong performance as the mother, and the three girls play their roles effectively, staying within the scope of their characters.
Making an entire film within a single house and keeping the audience engaged is no easy feat, but the director does a commendable job. The screenplay keeps the tension alive, constantly making the audience wonder what will happen next.
The cinematography is well-executed, with good lighting and visuals that enhance the mood. Editing is crisp, keeping the film concise without unnecessary scenes. The background score adds to the suspense and drama effectively.
Director Dragon Udaya Bhaskar impresses with his tight screenplay and engaging direction. The film maintains its grip throughout and never feels dull.
